Refund Policy
Last updated 4 July 2026
If DevFob isn't for you, you get your money back. 30 days, full refund, no questions asked. And because there's a 14-day full-feature trial before you ever pay, you can make sure it fits your workflow first.
How to request a refund
- Email us at hello@devfob.com with the email address you used at checkout (or your Paddle order number, which is on your receipt). We'll issue the refund — usually within one business day.
- Or go through Paddle directly. Orders are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Your receipt email from Paddle contains a link to manage the order, and you can also contact them at paddle.net with your order details.
The details
- The 30 days count from the day of purchase.
- Refunds are issued in full, to the original payment method, by Paddle. Once issued, banks typically take 5–10 business days to show the money back on your statement.
- After a refund, your license key is no longer valid for use and you agree to stop using it. The free trial and the free mobile apps remain yours to use.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds that are clearly abusive (for example, repeated buy-refund cycles of the same product), consistent with consumer law.
- Nothing here limits any non-waivable statutory refund rights your local law provides.
