The menu is a console now. Complete redesign of the Mac menu in a terminal dialect: bordered panes (NEEDS YOU 3, USAGE, CLAUDE 3), monospace grammar, bracket-key actions ([⌘A] Allow), block usage meters, squared corners. Attention rows name the request — Permission / Question / Plan.
Tabs read Sessions · Accounts · Settings, with the selected tab as a solid ink chip and the needs-you count riding the Sessions tab.
Usage at a glance: a per-provider 5h/7d meter table at the top of Sessions; severity colors follow the shared scale.
Contrast pass for the live window (near-opaque surface, darker text ladder, stronger hairlines) — readable on any wallpaper, light or dark.
The notch HUD is unchanged on purpose — it keeps its glanceable dark grammar.

One email, two Claude accounts — fixed. Accounts are now identified by email and organization, not email alone. If your work and personal Claude accounts share one email address, adding the second no longer replaces the first — both stay saved and switchable side by side.
Account switching now verifies the organization after the swap, not just the email — a switch that lands in the wrong org rolls back cleanly instead of passing silently.
Accounts that share an email show their organization name as the default label so the rows are tellable apart. Labels you've renamed yourself are never touched.
Existing saved accounts upgrade in place automatically — nothing to re-add.
